Delicious dessert recipe of bananas baked with skin, slit and stuffed with chocolate syrup and walnuts.
- Preheat oven to 200 c (400f).
- Place the bananas on a tray and bake for 25 minutes until the skin is black and the banana soft. carefully cut a lengthways slit in the banana skin and slip in some chopped chocolate and walnuts.
- Serve immediately with icecream.
