Baked macaroni with mixed vegetables is a vegetables and macaroni baked in creamy white sauce. If you use cold milk for making white sauce, it will be smooth and creamy.

2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup finely chopped french beans
1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup boiled green peas
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
1/2 cup white sauce
1 cup cooked macaroni
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp butter

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the french beans, carrots, capsicums, cabbage, green peas, salt and pepper, saute for 2 minutes on medium flame. Remove from flame and keep aside.
  2. Combine the white sauce, macaroni, half the cheese, salt and pepper in the bowl and toss gently. Keep aside.
  3. In a greased baking dish, spread the half of the macaroni mixture than spread the mixture of vegetables, than spread tomato and chilli sauce on it and than spread the remaining macroni mixture.
  4. Dot with butter and spread the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake it in an oven at 350 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve as an exotic dish at dinner.
