  1. Combine the cornflour and 2 tsp of water in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
  2. Combine the saffron and 2 tsp of warm water in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
  3. Squeeze out all the extra sugar syrup from the rasgullas by pressing it between your palms.
  4. Cut each rasgulla into halves vertically. Keep aside.
  5. Combine the paneer, milk , cornflour-water mixture, saffron-water, powdered sugar and cardamom powder in a mixer and blend till smooth. Keep aside.
  6. Arrange the rasgullas in an oven safe baking dish and pour the prepared paneer mixture evenly over it and bake in a pre-heated oven at 150º c (300º f) for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately garnished with mixed nuts.

I had leftover rasgullas and I did not know what to do with them, then I came across this recipe that was just so easy and quick to make, so made it and my family loved it.
