Ingredients


For white sauce-
2 tsp butter
2 to 3 tbsp plain flour (maida)
3 cups milk
1 cup spring onions or onions
1 bar grated sharp cheddar cheese
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

In the baking dish spread:
1 box cooked macaroni (elbow)
2 cups chopped red and green capsicum
1 tin canned corn kernels (makai ke dane)
2 cups broccoli florets
Method

White sauce:

    White sauce:
  1. Heat butter in a medium size saucepan and add onions to it.fry them for a minute and add maida.
  2. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add milk and stir until the mixture thickens and goes smooth.
  4. Now add the shredded cheese, salt and pepper according to your taste.
  5. The sauce is ready.

How to proceed:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread the boiled macroni, capsicum, corn,brocolli crowns in a baking dish and spread the white sauce over it.
  3. You may spread some pepper over and bake for 30 mins.
  4. Serve hot.
