Banana Sheera recipe - How to make Banana Sheera

3 tbsp ghee
1 cup semolina (rava)
2 cups milk
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped bananas
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts and raisins (kismis)

  1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan,the semolina and roast on a medium flame till golden brown in colour.
  2. Add the milk,sugar and cream and cook till the rawa becomes soft.
  3. Add the remaining ghee and cook till it leaves the vessel.
  4. Add the cashews ,raisins, cardamom powder and bananas and mix well remove from the flame and serve hot.
