Banana Stem Salad recipe - How to make Banana Stem Salad

1 cup chopped banana stem
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp grated carrot
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 tsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
1 tsp finely chopped curry leaves (kadi patta)
salt to taste ( if required)

  1. In a deep bowl, add 2 cups of water and lemon juice to the banana stem and soak for 10 mins.
  2. Take banana stem, squeeze and place in another bowl.
  3. Add other ingredients to the banana stem and mix well.
  4. Serve.
