250 gms rajma (kidney beans)
6 Corn Tortillas
1 cup chopped lettuce
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
1/2 cup grated american cheese
1/2 cup Taco sauce
1/4 cup Hot Sauce
1/4 cup enchilada sauce
salt to taste


  1. Soak and boil the rajma.
  2. Crush the rajma beans and add salt.
  3. Add taco sauce, hot sauce to the rajma and mix it properly. heat it for 2 minutes
  4. Place the above mixture as a vertical line on the totilla.
  5. Place the chopped lettuce and tomato on it.
  6. Add the grate swiss and american cheese.
  7. Fold and place the burrito in the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
  8. Add enchilada sauce on burrito and serve
