500 gms apples, unpeeled and grated
500 gms mixed fruits in season ( appricot , peaches, nectarines & other soft fruits )
125 gms quick cooking rolled oats
50 gms hazelnuts, grounds
25 gms chopped walnuts (akhrot)
200 ml milk
4 tbsp castor sugar
3 tbsp chilled cream
2 tbsp honey
2 bananas
2 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Soak oats in milk with sugar and honey and chill for 4 hours
  2. Cut fruits ( except apples) in to small cubes and set aside some to garnish .
  3. Beat the cream untill stiff
  4. Mix all the ingredients .fold in cream, garnish with preserved fruits and serve cold .
