1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup orange segments
1/2 cup greek yoghurt or hung curds (chakka dahi)
2 tbsp coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh)
1 tbsp honey

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glass and serve chilled.
