- Peel and mash potatoes.
- Add cheese, coriander leaves, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and keep aside.
- Dip each bread slice in water, one by one.
- Squeeze out excess water,
- Fill in the above mixture fold on all sides and deep-fry in hot oil until it is golder brown.
- Serve hot with sauce.
