This wholesome and satisfactory Bulgur Wheat Porridge makes a satiating meal for infants in the 8-9 months stage, when their activity level and appetite grows as rapidly as their body.

This porridge will keep children satisfied for a couple of hours, and is also a very good source of important nutrients like energy, carbohydrates and iron. Dates are used to sweeten this porridge as they provide iron and fibre in substantial quantities.

This is sooo good. Chopped dates in blender into paste. No pressure cooker, so first boiled for few min than cooked on very low fire for about 40 min. Couldn''t believe how good was the taste and I hate both, burgul and dates, but ate half of the pot. Recommended to everyone.
