A sweet and spicy achaar or pickle recipe, the lip smacking carrot chili achaar is a lovely add on to any meal. The carrot and chillies blend perfectly with the chosen whole spices and oil and can be enjoyed for many days, if stored in an air tight container.
Method- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Cover and keep aside for 2 days.
- Store in an air-tight container and store refrigerated.
