Ingredients

1 cup roughly chopped carrot
1/2 cup roughly chopped tomatoes
1 boiled egg , cut into half
1/2 cup roughly chopped red capsicum
1/8 tsp salt

  1. Combine all the ingredients along with 1 cup of water in a vitamix machine and blend till smooth and frothy.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled.

Great way to get your protein and fresh veggies. Use a very high quality blender otherwise your shake will not come out properly as the egg will not get mixed properly. I use a Vitamix to make this as most Indian blenders don''t work.
