2/3 cup grated processed cheese
2 cups grated mava (khoya)
12 cups milk powder
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
2 tsp gated almonds (badam)
1 tsp ghee for greasing the plate

  1. Take Sugar in a pan and add water.
  2. Next add grated cheese and once the cheese melts, add the khoya and milk powder and mix well.
  3. Add the condensed milk and keep on stirring.
  4. Add the plain flour and mix well into a solid version.
  5. Add the cardamom powder and after 5 minutes switch off the gas and spread the sweet on a greased plate.
  6. Keep the plate in refrigerator for 15 minutes and cut it in square or diamond shape.
  7. You can also sprinkle grated cheese and khoya from top to garnish it.
