Cheesy Carrot Khichdi Pakoda, a very yummy and delicious recipe. It is also a way to use leftover khichdi where we use carrot which is full of vitamin A and its cheesy so kids will also love them.

Ingredients
2 cups leftover khichdi
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 cup grated carrot
5-6 chopped green chillies
lemon juice
cornflour for binding
salt to taste
cooking oil for frying
Method
    Method
  1. Mash the khichdi with fresh coriander, add green chilli, grated cheese and carrots, lemon juice, cornflour and make a tight dough.
  2. Make small balls from the khichdi mixture dough and keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and deep-fry the balls till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with mustard sauce and green chilli chutney.
