2 cheese slices , torn into pieces
3/4 cup thinly sliced coloured capsicum (red , yellow and green)
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1 1/2 cups cooked penne
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

For Serving
garlic (lehsun) bread

  1. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the penne, milk, salt, pepper, sweet corn and cheese slices, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve immediately with garlic bread.
