Cheesy Wrap recipe - How to make Cheesy Wrap

2 tortilla wraps or left over Chapaties
1 small sized chopped capsicum
1 medium onion , chopped
1 large tomatoes , chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
toothpics to seal the wrap
butter to brush the tortilla


  1. Heat the oil in a wok or karahi.
  2. Saute onion on a high heat for 2 min.
  3. Add capsicum and saute for 2 min.
  4. Add tomato and saute for few more mins
  5. Add tomato ketchup and season as per taste.
  6. Take off from heat.
  7. Now lightly heat the tortillas or chapatis from both sides,brush with butter.
  8. Fill each tortilla with the above mixture spread grated cheese over it.
  9. Wrap and seal with toothpick.
  10. And grill till cheese is melted and tortilla is crisp or heat on tava from both the sides.
  11. Now cut in to the pieces and serve hot with tea or fresh juice.
