Ingredients

200 gms thin noodles
1 cup shredded vegetables
(carrot , cabbage , capsicum and spring onion)
2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp chilli sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

Method
    Method
  1. Deep fry the noodles.
  2. Wrap the fried noodles in a tissue paper to absorb excess of oil. Keep aside.
  3. Combine all the remaining ingredients to the fried noodles and mix well.
  4. Serve immediately.
