Chinese Style Paratha recipe - How to make Chinese Style Paratha

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 serving

Ingredients


For The Dough
2 cups wheat (gehun) flour
1/2 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
salt to taste
1/2 cup milk

For Filling
1/2 cup boiled noodles
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp finely chopped broccoli
1 tsp finely chopped mushrooms (khumbh)
1 small onion finely chopped
2 spring onions finely chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp green chilli sauce
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
3 flakes chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp dried oregano
1 table spoon olive oil
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
oil for frying (preferably olive I671)

For The Hot Garlic Chilli Chutney
5 flakes garlic (lehsun)
5 red chillies
1 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp peanuts
salt to taste
water for grinding

Method
For the Dough

    For the Dough
  1. Take all the ingredients for dough and knead it and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

For the filling

    For the filling
  1. Heat the 1 tbsp olive oil in non stick pan, add garlic and Onion , saute for 5 minutes,then add all other chopped vegetables and sautefor five minutes, now add soya sauce, vinegar tabasco sauce oregano and saute for 2 minutes, now add noodles, keep aside for cooling.
  2. For paranthas
  3. Now take the dough and make balls, roll it and fill 2 table spoons and close it and roll it gently.
  4. Heat the non stick and put the parantha and shallow fry till golden fry.
  5. For Sauce
  6. Take the above ingredients adn grind in paste and put it in the bowl.Ass 1/2 tea speen oregano or basil leve.serve hot with chilli garlic sauce
