Choco Strawberry Tea-time Cake

This is a combination of 2 flavours at a time to enjoy the tea-time.
Method- Mix butter and condensed milk in a bowl and beat well.
- Seive maida,baking powder,soda and keep aside.
- Add the seived flour to the beaten butter mixure slowly and mix well through a beater.
- Also add the desicated coconut and mix well.
- Add water to get the dropping consistency to make the cake batter.
- Now make 2 parts of the batter.
- To 1 part add vanilla essence,cocoa powder,coffee powder,walnuts and khajur pieces and mix well.
- Add a little water if required.
- To the 2nd part add,strawberry crush,black raisins,tutti-fruity,strawberry essence and pink colour and mix well.
- Now take a greased and dusted tin and pour the cocoa flavoured batter at the bottom of the tin.
- Level it properly.
- Pour the strawberry flavoured batter on the top of the cocoa batter.
- Level it properly.
- Arrange the strawberry slices on top and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 C.
- Cut and serve.
