1 cup milk
2 cups fresh bread crumbs
5 tsp melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins (kismis)
4 cherries, chopped
4 cups water
a few drops of vanilla essence
2 tsp cocoa powder


  1. Boil the milk and remove from heat. pour it over the fresh bread crumbs and allow to cool.
  2. Then mix melted butter, sugar, coca, salt, slightly beaten egg yolks, raisins, cherries, vanilla essence with wire beater.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mould.
  4. Cover the mould tightly with aluminium foil securely tied.
  5. Pour water into the cooker.
  6. Place the trivet in the cooker. then put the mould on the trivet.
  7. Close pressure cooker.
  8. Bring to full pressure on high heat.
  9. Reduce heat
  10. Cook for 10 minutes.
  11. Turn off the heat.
  12. Allow to cool naturally.
