1 cup margarine
1 1/4 cups icing sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla essence

  1. Sieve the icing sugar and cocoa powder together and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, cream the icing margarine using a wooden spoon till it is light and smooth.
  3. Gradually, add the sieved icing sugar and cocoa powder mixture and cream till smooth using a wooden spoon.
  4. Add the vanilla essence and mix well. Use as required.

Chocolate butter cream.. this was just so good, it was really very smooth to spread it on the cake.. and i also tried making some decoration with this.. which just came out perfect..
