2 Full cinnamon sticks
1/4 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Honey
2 cups water


  1. Crush the cinnamon sticks and add it to the water.
  2. Boil the mixture in 15 mins, or till water becomes half(water color will change to dark brown)
  3. Pour it into a cup, add honey & pepper powder.
  4. Tea is ready!!!
