A fondue with a twist, the Coconut Fondue gives the subtle and elegant flavour of coconut milk a trendy and flavourful twist by the addition of orange juice! Delight in a combo of Coconut Fondue with cubed fruits, an interesting alternative to the standard bread and fondue combo. The mixture might curdle a bit while cooking, but do not fret over it as it is a normal occurrence when coconut milk is cooked with citrus juices. It will settle down well as you keep stirring continuously.

Ingredients

3/4 cup readymade coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh)
1/2 cup readymade orange juice
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp sugar
4 tsp cornflour

For Serving
banana slices
apple cubes

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a broad non-stick pan, mix well using a whisk and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes or till the mixture thickens, while stirring continuously.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Serve chilled with banana slices and apple cubes.
