Corn bhajia is a deeply fried crispy corn recipe. The corn are ground together with garlic, coriander leaves, green chillies and jeera powder. The corn paste is then deep fried in hot oil and served with tomato sauce.
- Take out corn kernels by grating the corns
- Put it in the mixer along with jeera, garlic, kotmir and salt, grind to make a paste.
- Take a little mixture in spoon and pour in hot oil and deep fry like bajias.
- Serve hot wid chutney or sauce.
