Ingredients
Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil.
  2. Knead well to form stiff dough.make 8 balls and gently flatten with palm.
  3. Keep about 1/2 inch thick.heat a tawa.
  4. Apply oil lightly.
  5. Place all cutlets if possible.
  6. Keep rgularly turning and cookin till it browns lightly on both sides.
  7. Apply more oil if required while cooking.
