3 cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ka dana)
5 tbsp freshly grated coconut
2 tomatoes
1 big onion
4 garlic (lehsun) pods
2 red chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
2 tsp oil
1/2 bunch finely chopped coriander (dhania) leaves for garnish
1 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Grind coconut,onions,tomato,garlic,red chillies.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai
  3. Add gravy,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,
  4. Sugar,salt,cook well for 5mins
  5. Add boiled corn & cook for another 5 mins .
  6. Garnish with coriander,lemon juice & serve hot.
