Corn Mayo Bread recipe - How to make Corn Mayo Bread

1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 cup boiled and chopped potatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
2 tbsp mayonnaise
a pinch of white pepper powder
4 brown bread slices
salt to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the bread, in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of water and make a smooth batter.
  3. Keep the bread slices on a hot tava and spread the mixture on each slice.
  4. Cook for few minutes and serve hot.
