  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the peppercorns, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the green chillies, spinach, corn kernels and turmeric powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Finally, add the rice and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot.

   Hi, This recipes is for pregnancy and healthy heart, that is why the spice is not mentioned. If you wish you can chilli powder or slit green chillies.
