200 gms plain flour (maida)
4 tbsp custard powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup chopped tutti frutti
1 tbsp cocoa powder


  1. Sieve flour, custard powder and baking powder togehter with cream butter, sugar.
  2. Add chopped tutti frutti to the flour mixture and knead to a soft dough.
  3. To 1/3 of the dough add the cocoa. make two rolls of the dough and twist to form single roll.
  4. Cut into thin slices and place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree.
