  1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamoms and cloves and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.
  2. Add the onions and saute for 1-2 minutes on a medium flame.
  3. Add the onion paste and ginger -garlic paste and saute on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the all dry masalas mix well, and saute on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the tomato and curds, mix well and saute for 1 minute.
  6. Add the kabuli chana, salt and 2 cups water, mix well and cover the lid and cook on a medium flame for 4-5 whistles.
  7. Remove the pressure cooker from the flame.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
