  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture into 10-15 equal portions and shape each portion into small round flat kebabs.
  3. Grease a non-stick pan with little oil and cook each kebab using 1/8 tsp oil till they turn golden brown from both the sides.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney.
