Ingredients

1/4 cup dark chocolate
1/4 cup white chocolate
2 tbsp chopped blanched pistachios
4 to 5 drops blanched pistachios
4 to 5 drops green food colour
2 tsp dessicated coconut
butter paper as required

Method
    Method
  1. Melt both the chocolates separately in a double boiler and keep aside.
  2. To the melted white chocolate, put the green colour, chopped pista, pista essence,dessicated coconut and mix well.
  3. Keep in the refrigerator for 2 minutes or till it is semi-soft.
  4. Now remove from fridge and make balls of this and place on a butter paper and again keep in fridge for 2 more minutes.
  5. Remove and dip in melted dark chocolate and place on a butter paper and keep in fridge for another 5 minutes.
  6. Take out and serve.
