Ingredients

2 1/2 cups milk
sugar to taste
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup powdered mixed nuts (almonds , cashew nuts , walnuts and pistachios)
1 tbsp quick cooking rolled oats
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
nutmeg (jaiphal) powder to taste
2 tbsp gulkand

Method
    Method
  1. Boil the milk for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, condensed milk, mixed nuts powder, nutmeg powder, roasted and crushed oats, cardamom powder, and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Then, remove the mixture in a container.
  4. Add gulkand, and mix well.
  5. Serve hot or cold! Enjoy!
