Bye the time the egg is being cooked u can fry the canapes & keep aside
- Finely chop the onions & tomatoes. saute the onions till pink.
- Then add the tomatoes and green chillies & fry well.
- Then beat the eggs seperately adding salt & add in the pan.then add salt & dry masalas & cover & let it cook for sometime.
- Then fry the canapes & take this mixture & put it in the canapes.
- Decorate with some grated cheese & chopped coriander leaves.
