Egg Halwa recipe - How to make Egg Halwa



Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 servings


2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp yellow colour
mixed chopped nuts for garnishing

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Heat a deep pan, pour the mixture and cook on a medium flame, while stirring continusly.
  3. When the mixture starts leaving the side of pan, add the food colour and nuts and mix well.
  4. Transfer in a plate and flattern it with spoon on the dish.
  5. Cool and cut into desired shapes using knife.
  6. Serve warm.
