2 1/2 cups milk
3 tbsp mango flavoured custard powder
5 tbsp sugar
1 packet of blueberry jelly
2 to 3 bananas , sliced and tossed in lemon juice
1 (300 gms.) tin pineapple cubes
1 packet of chocolate chip cookies , crumbled
1 tin strawberry whipped cream


  1. Prepare the custard by mixing together the custard powder with a little milk to a paste, and then add this paste to the remaining milk along with the sugar.
  2. Mix and cook with constant stirring on a medium-low flame till thickened. set aside to cool.
  3. Next prepare and set the jelly as per packet instructions in a wide bowl.
  4. Sprinkle half of the crumbled chocolate chip cookie mixture.
  5. Place the banana slices over the crumbled cookies in the bowl and remaining half of the crumbled cookie mixture.
  6. Now mix the pineapple pieces into the cold custard and add to the bowl to cover the bananas.
  7. Lastly, pipe and decorate the surface with whipped strawberry cream.
  8. Serve well chilled.
