Ingredients

1 1/4 cups chopped bananas
2 cups chilled milk
2 tbsp chopped walnuts (akhrot)
1 tbsp chopped almonds (badam)
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
1 tbsp sugar

For The Garnish
a few almond and pistachio slivers

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately garnished with almonds and pistachios.

Hi Thank you for posting this recipe. Please could you suggest how to reduce the bitterness of the walnut in the drink? I added more honey but the bitterness slightly stayed in the drink!

   Hi Sarah, Probably the walnuts might have turn rancid. Use fresh walnuts and try the recipe.
