2 cups sliced mixed fruits
1 cup marie biscuit, crushed
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp gelatine
200 gms cream
50 gms powdered sugar
grated chocolate for garnish


  1. Mix the biscuit crumbs, butter and 4 tbsp sugar and press well into a baking dish.
  2. Chill in the fridge for 10 mins.
  3. Beat the cream with sugar till soft peaks form.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin in a little water and dissolve over a double boiler.
  5. Mix the gelatin wlth cream.
  6. Arrange the fruit slices on the biscuit crust.
  7. Spread cream on top. garnish with chocolate and chill for 1 hour.
