15 canapés, readily available
1 tbsp chopped strawberries
1 tbsp chopped kiwi
100 gms paneer (cottage cheese) , mashed
1 tbsp raisins (kismis)
3 tbsp custard sauce , refer handy tip
2 tbsp chocolate sauce
2 tsp edible silver balls
5 tsp honey

  1. Arrange all the canapés in a serving plate, put paneer mixture at the bottom, also keep nuts and fruits, then top it with custard sauce and chocolate sauce.
  2. Garnish with silver balls and serve immediately.

  1. For the custard sauce – boil 3 cups milk, when it starts thickening, add custard powder, mix well and keep aside at room temperature to cool. Add 2 tsp honey, cool it in fridge for 2 hours. Use as required.
