Fruity Pasta Sandwich recipe - How to make Fruity Pasta Sandwich

2 slices multi grain bread
1/2 cup boiled whole wheat pasta
1/4 cup sliced kiwi
1/4 cup sliced banana
1/4 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/8 cup chopped spinach (palak)
salt to taste
1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder

To Garnish
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
a pinch garam masala
a pinch salt

To Serve
fresh sweetlime juice

  1. Place the bread slices on a clean and dry surface and remove the edges.
  2. Heat a tava and roast the slices until crisp. Keep aside.
  3. Combine the macaroni,salt and cardamom powder in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Place hot bread slice on clean plate.
  5. Arrange few fresh crisp tender spinach leaves on it.
  6. Place a layer of paneer and then layer with seasoned macaroni. Arrange the banana rounds, kiwi rounds evenly and finish it with some paneer.
  7. Sprinkle little garam masala and salt on it.
  8. Serve immediately garnished with coriander leaves.
