Yummy rich dark chocolate sauce. The sauce consistency is free flowing and made by melting dark chocolate and adding honey and vanilla essence to give a lovely chocolate vanilla taste. Kids will love this sauce on its own. Use for ice cream toppings and sundaes.

Ingredients


2 cups plain chocolate , grated
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla essence

Method
    Main procedure
  1. Combine the sugar, water and butter and cook over a slow flame until the sugar has melted. Remove from the fire.
  2. Add the honey and the grated chocolate and whisk well.
  3. Add the vanilla essence and mix well. Use as required.

Rich chocolate sauce which is off liquid consistency. I love to just have the sauce on its own as it gives me an incredible chocolate high.
