  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan, add all the chopped vegetables in the pan and salt and sauté for few minutes.
  2. 2. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes or till tender the vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Then add the dry masalas and tomato and again cover the lid and cook till it leaves oil.
  4. 4. Serve hot with bajra roti and sliced onion
