1 tblsp black tea
1 tblsp grated ginger
1 lemon
1 pinch black pepper
Honey to taste


  1. 1. boil tea in 1 1/2 cups of water.
  2. 2. add ginger and black pepper let it simmer for 5 mins.
  3. 3. strain and add lemon juice and honey to taste.
  4. 4. serve hot
