Ingredients

2 cups roughly chopped spinach (palak)
1/2 cup roughly chopped apple
1/2 cup orange segments
1 tsp roughly chopped ginger (adrak)
1 1/2 cups chilled curds (dahi)
1 tbsp honey

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients along with ¼ cup of water in a mixer and blend it till smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into 4 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately.

Green smoothie.. one of the healthy smoothie i have come a crossed.. Great for breakfast.. Feels very healthy once this smoothie has been consumed.. very appetizing.
