Healthy Hearts recipe - How to make Healthy Hearts

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     6Makes 4 to 8 servings

Ingredients
2 cups mixed dal
2 tbsp finely grated paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp curds (dahi)
1 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
salt to taste
oil for cooking
Method
    Method
  1. Soak all mix dals for 8 hours.
  2. Make fine paste with curd in a mixer.
  3. Add coriander, paneer,salt,cumin seeds and mix well.
  4. Make heart shape pudlas on hot oiled tava
  5. Cook both sides of hearts.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce and pudina chutney.
