Ingredients

1 cup fresh green peas
500 gms tomatoes , chopped
2 to 3 carrot , chopped
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup cooked toovar (arhar) dal
1 lemon
1 tsp soy sauce
1 cup boiled noodles
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the peas, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage and dal and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  2. Cool slightly and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  3. Strain and transfer in a deep pan.
  4. Add the lemon juice, sugar and salt and mix well.
  5. Add the noodles just before serving and serve hot.
