1/2 ltr condensed milk
3 tbsp sugar
1 egg's white (beaten very hard forming peaks)
1 tbsp vanilla flavoured custard powder dissolved in al ittle water


  1. In a pan put milk to boil and add dissolved custard powder to it stirring the custard all the time .
  2. Now take a small spoon and add beaten egg to boiling custard.
  3. Add only a spoonful at a time.
  4. After the egg white has been added up our pudding is ready to serve.
  5. It can be eaten hot or cold both.
