Adding more chilli powder and oil may increase the taste.
- Heat the oil on a kadai.
- add the mustart and jeera and wait till it splatters.
- add the chopped onions and tomatoes.
- add all the powders and cook till oil separates.
- Serve with chapathis, tortilla or with rice.
