  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough warm water.
  2. Cover with a lid and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 5 equal portions.
  4. Roll out a portion of the dough into a 125 mm. (5”) diameter circle using a little jowar flour for rolling.
  5. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook the roti, using ½ tsp of oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to make 4 more rotis.
  7. Serve immediately.
